As parents, we should make our children emotionally intelligent. He or she should be aware of his emotion and is able to accept failure, denial, criticism. .If you want real success to learn to stop caring about others' criticism, negative, views. Listen to everyone but do not let others control your life. Express your views, discuss your problem, have family time. Every person in the family should be allowed to express his views.
